Taragüi is a renowned and popular brand in Argentina, known for its high-quality mate products. This aromatic yerba mate with an intense flavour comes from the north-eastern province of Corrientes, on the border with Paraguay, where it is carefully cultivated and harvested. It is processed using the traditional method with stems (con palo), which gives its flavour a special depth and character.
For 1 litre, take approx. 12g of mate tea and leave to infuse at 80 degrees for approx. 3-5 minutes.
