White flour is a pure, white wheat flour that can be used universally. It is also ideal for pastries and biscuits.
The Tschudi family has been running the Altbachmühle in Wittnau (Fricktal) since 1760, now in its 8th and 9th generation. The grain is delivered directly from the fields by regional farmers. No additives are added to the various flours – Swiss quality, natural and easily digestible.
