The fine “Salsa di noci” is the ideal walnut cream for the preparation of sauces, but also for pasta, fish or meat dishes and for side dishes.

In the hinterland of Imperia, in the village of Oneglia, you will find the Frantoio di Sant’Agata. For three generations, the Mela family has been cultivating their olive slopes and running the frantoio. Besides the production of olive oil, they have specialized in the preparation of culinary delicacies. The delicacies are made of high quality ingredients, still prepared by hand and according to ancient tradition. They do not contain preservatives nor are they pasteurized.
