The mixture of pomegranate juice, redcurrant juice and bourbon vanilla bean extract is the basis for a real grenadine or for cocktails such as Tequila Sunrise and Grenadine Beer.
Sirupier de Berne produces the juices from dried herbs or fruits without any flavour enhancers. The long shelf life of the syrups is due to the fact that they are bottled hot, in addition to sugar and citric acid. The beautiful colours are the result of the gentle processing.
