A sweet creation made from hibiscus blossoms, linden blossoms, mallow blossoms, orange blossoms, peppermint, alpine roses and verbena. The finely balanced blend of flowers gives the syrup its lovely flavour, while the hibiscus provides the bright red colour. Also excellent in combination with prosecco, champagne or white wine.
Sirupier de Berne produces the juices from dried herbs or fruits without any flavour enhancers. The long shelf life of the syrups is due to the fact that they are bottled hot in addition to sugar and citric acid. The beautiful colours are the result of gentle processing.
