Fruity, sweet and intensely deep red blackcurrant syrup. The slightly tart flavour goes excellently as an aperitif drink with champagne or sparkling wine (Kir Royal).
Sirupier de Berne produces the juices from dried herbs or fruits without any flavour enhancers. The long shelf life of the syrups is due to the fact that they are bottled hot, in addition to sugar and citric acid. The beautiful colours are the result of the gentle processing.
