Boris Bachofen has been passionately involved in bee and treekeeping for over 35 years. He produces excellent honeys in the area around Lake Neuchâtel. The summer honey (Miel d’Été) is cultivated above the city of Neuchâtel, in Pièrre-à-Bot and has a fine crystallisation, a medium strength, a fruity aroma and a refreshing menthol note.
