The hot Spicy Mango Sauce is made with freshly harvested, fully ripe mangoes and flavoured with red chilli and various spices. A sweet and spicy culinary experience, wonderful with raw fish, shrimps or to spice up rice dishes.
The sauces from “La Plantation” in Kampot (Cambodia) are very slightly diluted to retain their fresh and strong taste. With no colouring or preservatives, they must be shaken before use and stored in the fridge once opened.
