Sea salt grey finely ground Guérande 500g

The famous sea salt from the Guérande salt marshes has been harvested for over 2000 years by the salt workers of Brittany in the old tradition. The salt fields are made of grey-blue clay. It releases important minerals and trace elements into the salt crystal, giving Atlantic sea salt its unique greyish colour and distinctive taste.
Because of its strong salty note, this salt from the sea goes well with many dishes. Due to its high residual moisture, it is only conditionally suitable for the salt mill.
