The finest Trinitario from the Dominican Republic blended with oats make this vegan chocolate a delicacy. The intense cocoa flavours with notes of caramel, malt and nuts harmonise perfectly with the light cereal nuances.

Now in its fourth generation, the Schell family runs a hotel, confectionery and café in Gundelsheim, Baden-Württemberg. With the aim of bringing out quality, transparency, fairness and the best flavours from the cocoa beans, Schell recently decided to no longer be “just” a confectioner, but to produce from bean to bar. We are happy about this; the chocolates are great.
