Saffron threads Surselva 0.1g

The saffron is grown close to nature and cared for and harvested in elaborate manual work. After the selection of the threads, they are gently dried and not roasted. This way the threads release the pure fragrance and flavour of the saffron when used. For one gram of dried saffron threads 200 to 220 blossoms are necessary.
This nicely packaged portion is approximately enough for a risotto for 6 people.
