Thanks to the “Lenta Lavorazione®” production method, this pasta achieves and maintains an unchanged high protein content from the high-quality semolina used to make the pasta. While conventional pasta has a protein content of 12%, “Pasta die Rummo” has a protein content of 14.5%. This results in an even cooking – pasta al dente guaranteed!
