Rapeseed honey, Rossenges (VD) 500g

Boris Bachofen has been passionately involved in bee and treekeeping for over 35 years. He produces excellent honeys in the area around Lake Neuchâtel. The rapeseed honey (Miel de colza) is harvested in the small farming village of Rossenges and is characterised by its light beige colour with the finest crystallisation. The honey is slightly fruity and pleasantly fine on the palate.
