Elfi and Maxime’s description is so poetic that we don’t want to deprive you of it: “Like an ancient and mystical treasure, the Amazon forest protected these unique cacao beans for centuries. Finally uncovered, their magical aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, combined with a light touch of lemongrass, will make you see and feel the intense sunset over Bagua, Peru…. Red, pink, orange, then give way to a soft caramel finish that delicately delights your soul.”
Since 2016, Elfi and Maxime have been producing high-quality chocolates in Montreal from the best, directly purchased Peruvian cocoa. The name Qantu (from the native Quechua language) comes from the national flower of Peru and Bolivia and is a symbol of unity and hospitality, it is the name of the national flower of Peru and Bolivia.
