In 2004 Salvatore Romano started the production, motivated to make tasty pastes, sauces, condimdenti, jams and much more from the many wonderful foods that grow in Sicily.
Sometimes it doesn’t take much to make a culinary delicacy. Only pistachios, oil, salt and a little pepper give this unique taste. Excellent with pasta, risotto or with vegetables.
