Made from the same cacao as the Paradai Nakhon Si Thammarat 75%, this bar is refined with coconut blossom sugar instead of regular sugar. Balanced and mild, it delights with floral and caramel notes.
Paradai, founded in 2016 by friends Phurich and Warit, means “friendship” in Thai. The cacao is sourced directly from smallholder farmers, without intermediaries – ensuring that the entire value chain remains in the country of origin. Paradai’s passion lies in giving their Bean-to-Bar chocolate a distinct and unique signature. Through careful and individual fermentation of the raw beans, the aromatic profiles of the different cacao varieties are optimized to unlock their full potential.
