The noble white cacao “Gran Blanco” is cultivated in the Alto Piura valley in the northwest of Peru. The delicately fruity chocolate is characterised by a wonderful freshness and a delicate acidity, with notes of spice and wood.
Orfève was founded by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler in Geneva in autumn 2017. With a lot of passion and skill, they produce excellent single origin chocolates, in which the origin and the cocoa variety are perfectly emphasised in the bar.
