A refreshing combination – the sweet, freeze-dried Williams pear pieces and the cooling peppermint perfectly harmonize with the intense dark chocolate made from aromatic Chuncho cocoa.
Orfève was founded by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler in Geneva in autumn 2017. With a lot of passion and skill, they produce excellent single origin chocolates, in which the origin and the cocoa variety are perfectly emphasised in the bar.
