Dark chocolate made from exceptional cocoa meets freeze-dried peaches and a hint of Piment d’Espelette – a perfect balance between sweetness, fruitiness, and a subtle, spicy, smoky note.
Orfève was founded by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler in Geneva in autumn 2017. With a lot of passion and skill, they produce excellent single origin chocolates, in which the origin and the cocoa variety are perfectly emphasised in the bar.
