Carefully selected Trinitario beans from the Bejofo cocoa plantation, Madagascar. Fruity chocolate full of character, endowed with a beautiful acidity, it offers a refreshing symphony with aromas of red fruits.
Orfève was founded by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler in Geneva in autumn 2017. With a lot of passion and skill, they produce excellent single origin chocolates, in which the origin and the cocoa variety are perfectly emphasised in the bar.
