The fruity and floral cocoa for this new creation by Orfève comes from Grenada Island, also called “Spice Island”, north of the coast of Venezuela.
Domaine L’Esterre has been in the sole possession of the Ramdhanny family for over 70 years. The cocoa is grown strictly according to the rules of organic farming and sustainable agroforestry, preserving the richness and fertility of the soil.
Orfève was founded by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler in Geneva in autumn 2017. With a lot of passion and skill, they produce excellent single origin chocolates, in which the origin and the cocoa variety are perfectly emphasised in the bar.
