Finca La Barca’s oil, made from the typical Arbequina olives, is produced in the province of Cáceres in the west of Spain. For 15 days, the olive oil is smoked over oak wood; a very typical method for this area.
The smoky notes of the “Aceite de Oliva Ahumado” go perfectly with vegetables, over pasta, salads, pizza, meat or tofu.
