This olive oil is obtained from the Sicilian virgin olives Moresca, Biancolilla, Nocellara, Cerasuola and Tonda Iblea from young olive groves in hilly and flat areas near the sea. It has a green colour with golden reflections and is medium-fruity with notes of artichoke, freshly cut grass, green almond and ripe tomato. The taste is full-bodied, medium-bodied with a balanced bitterness and spiciness. It has a very good price-performance ratio and is ideal for marinated fish, vegetables, soups, with grills of all kinds.
