This chocolate is crafted from cacao grown on the Belmont Estate in the northern region of Grenada. Floral notes of linden blossom blend seamlessly with subtle woody nuances of cinnamon, harmoniously complemented by a gentle hint of ripe banana and cinnamon. The cacao comes from a 120-hectare plantation in the Saint Patrick region, where 15 people are dedicated to cultivation, fermentation, and drying. The sustainable and meticulous processing on-site gives this single-origin chocolate its unique depth and aromatic complexity.
