Speciality made from the whole mustard seeds, which are pickled in a vinegar marinade, which gives them their soft, slightly crunchy consistency, similar to caviar.
The vinegar and a little salt preserve the mustard without additional conservatives and it retains its quality and flavour for up to 4 months after opening. Seasoned with lime juice and the lemony andaliman pepper, this mustard goes very well with smoked fish, tofu or even crunchy cooked vegetables.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
