This balanced, not too sweet white chocolate is made from high-quality Arriba Nacional cocoa from the Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas region. The exceptional cocoa has notes of ripe fruit and bananas, which are reflected in the chocolate.
Millésime Chocolat is a Belgian manufacturer of organic chocolate bean to bar. The founder, Jean-Christophe Hubert, focuses on the processing of raw cacao beans, from roasting to the production of the final products, respecting manufacturing processes of the past.
As with wine, Millésime only processes beans from exceptional plantations and soils to highlight their characteristics. They do not mix harvests, regions or vintages, and all their production is certified organic. This results in wonderful chocolates full of character, but only in limited quantities.
