The cocoa beans come from the Cho Goa cooperative in the Mekong Delta. The taste of this chocolate is characterised by a good balance between fruitiness and notes of spices.

The Marou chocolate manufactory is one of the first companies in Asia to produce chocolate bean to bar in the country of origin. What started as a dream of two friends has developed into a brand of pure dark chocolate made exclusively from the best ingredients in Vietnam.
