Marou’s single origin chocolate bars are made from cocoa sourced from six provinces in southern Vietnam. The climate, soil and water in each province, as well as the different cocoa varieties, contribute to the different flavours of each origin.
Marou Ba Ria 76%: Powerful in taste with a dominant fruity note, this character chocolate lingers on the palate for a long time.
Marou Ben Tre 78%: This chocolate is intense, rich and perfectly balanced.
Marou Dak Lak 70%: Multi-layered, long-lasting and a present freshness are the characteristics of this chocolate of special quality.
Marou Dong Nai 72%: Finely balanced with a subtle strength.
Marou Lam Dong 74%: It is only produced in small quantities and delights with its delicate, delicate aroma.
Marou Tien Giang 70%: Mild, balanced fruity and aromatic.
