The principles on which the company was founded are to produce preserves of the highest quality. All aspects of jam making are carefully considered at every stage in their pursuit of perfection: from the detailed development of the initial sample, including flavour, colour and consistency, through controlled production to the selection and application of their classically designed label.
They value simple, balanced recipes, without additives and preservatives, with raw cane sugar and skilful cooking.
