Boris Bachofen has been passionately involved in bee and treekeeping for over 35 years. He produces excellent honeys in the Lake Neuchâtel area. The maple honey (Miel d’Erable) harvested in Prise Imer has a very creamy consistency with the finest crystallization. The smell is fresh and lively, while on the palate, it presents soft and subtle.
