The large and juicy Málaga grapes are a delicacy from the province of Málaga. On special drying racks, the muscatel grapes (wine grapes) are dried in the sun with the seeds and then carefully sorted. With their intense flavour, tender flesh and the crunchiness of the seeds, they go wonderfully with a glass of wine, in combination with nuts or for baking cakes.
