The Finnish Mulled wine Loimu is made according to a Finnish recipe from natural ingredients.
For this vintage, the aktic raspberry was steeped in the liqueur using a traditional method. The finished berry extract, spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamom, star anise) and sugar were mixed with a Spanish white wine and a shot of vodka in late July. During the subsequent storage, the flavour had plenty of time to fully develop before the finished drink was bottled at the end of September in the beautiful bottles.
Preparation: Heat the ready-to-drink mixture in a pot or cup to approx. 60°C. Do not boil!
