This delicious flatbread comes from Claudia and Valentina Frisina’s bakery in Oberentfelden. Here, experience and tradition find a perfect balance. The sisters grew up on their parents’ farm in southern Italy, where working with natural, high-quality ingredients and traditional food processing were part of everyday life. Thanks to their own production, they choose ingredients from the region wherever possible and do not use any preservatives.
