Boris Bachofen has been passionately involved in bee and treekeeping for over 35 years. He produces excellent honeys in the Lake Neuchâtel area. The lime blossom honey (Saveur de tilleul) harvested in Pièrre-à-Bot has a very creamy consistency with the finest crystallization. The smell is fresh and lively, while on the palate, it presents soft and subtle.
