The fruit ripened on the tree is gilded by the Côte d’Azur sun and is 100% natural as it is not treated before or after harvesting.
Bergamot is a tart and bitter citrus fruit that is a cross between lime and bitter orange. Its incomparable fragrance has made it an exceptional product that harmonises wonderfully with the fresh lemons of the Côte d’Azur.
Le Clos de Laure’s jam is carefully cooked from fresh ingredients in a copper kettle and stirred by hand according to artisan tradition.
