The cocoa for this chocolate comes from the picturesque region north of the Rwenzori Mountains. The taste is harmonious, fresh with notes of ripe fruit (cherry).
The Ugandan chocolate producer Latitude produces its chocolate only with local ingredients. The cocoa beans are purchased directly from over 2500 USDA-certified organic farmers and from the day of harvest, fermentation is controlled to achieve the best quality.
