Rich in character, this chocolate is made from the best Arriba cocoa from the Hacienda Limon in Ecuador. The Hacienda cultivates an original cocoa variety which, in contrast to the conventionally grown varieties in Ecuador, is not as high-yielding but all the more rich in flavour.
