From the Jiri Mountains we obtain this organic green tea. It is reminiscent of the way Tamaryokucha is made.
This Sejak is picked at the beginning of May. Since the leaves are already a little riper and the tea is therefore stronger, the leaves are roasted a little more. The infusion is wonderfully round and full with a fine roasted and sweet note. We also recommend this tea with Far Eastern cuisine.
