Since fall 2018, the South Tyrolean manufactory Karuna produces wonderful chocolates. Katja and Armin, the founders, give high priority to ethically traded and organically grown fine cocoa. For sweetening, they use Fairtrade raw cane sugar from Brazil. The organic cocoa butter is pressed from Nacional Arriba cocoa from the Los Rios and Esmeraldas area in Equador. Almonds and fruits used are also from organic production.
The packaging is also completely organic.
