The Edelschwarz Organic Gin used is made from 17 Alpine botanicals, including juniper, edelweiss, cranberry, redcurrant and various herbs. The flavours of juniper, wild berries and spices dominate the taste.
Since autumn 2018, the South Tyrolean manufactory Karuna has been producing wonderful chocolates. Katja and Armin, the founders, place great value on ethically traded and organically grown fine cocoa. For sweetening, they use Fairtrade raw cane sugar from Brazil. The organic cocoa butter is pressed from Nacional Arriba cocoa from the area around Los Rios and Esmeraldas in Equador. The almonds and fruits used are also organically produced, and the packaging is completely organic.
