The long pepper is hand-picked at full ripeness, crushed, shaped into thin sheets and sun-dried. This natural process creates wonderfully crisp pepper chips. Initially fruity and sweet, they gradually develop a warm, spicy heat with delicate notes reminiscent of Christmas spices.
Lightly crumbled, the long pepper chips are a wonderful addition to carpaccio, salads, meat dishes, quince confit or chocolate desserts.
