Japan black tea Yabukita bio

Typically, the still-rare black teas in Japan are produced from the Benifuki cultivar. For this exceptional tea, however, an experiment was conducted during the first flush period, capturing the long-lasting, distinctively sweet aroma from the Yabukita cultivar plants instead. The brown-black leaves are slightly twisted and irregular, while in the cup, this black tea presents as a brilliant, clear orange with a soft, sweet flavor.
