For this wonderful creation from Laflor, “Tonda Gentile” hazelnuts are roasted and caramelised in a copper kettle and then covered with artisan milk chocolate. Mysterious spices, a little Hüppen-biscuit crunch and a touch of gold dust give the dragées an enchanting twist.
