The organic cocoa for this single origin chocolate grows in western Uganda, at the foot of the Ruwenzori Mountains on the border with Congo. Traditionally harvested and fermented under banana leaves, this cocoa gives the chocolate a fruity-sweet taste with notes of ripe berries and citrus fruits.
