Fricktaler summer blossom honey bio 250g

This amber-coloured, organically produced summer honey (Sommerblütenhonig) comes from the upper Fricktal, which lies between the Jura, Schwarzwald and Rhine.
The mixture of various summer flowers and colza gives the liquid honey a refreshing taste with a slight waxy note.
As our honeys are natural, they crystallize over time. For this reason, the color and consistency may differ from the picture. You can liquefy the honey again by heating it slowly in a water bath.
