Fenugreek (Bockshornklee) is an important ingredient in most curry mixtures and chutneys, for seasoning fish, meat or vegetable dishes, in soups or for baked goods.
Tip: Roast briefly in advance to lessen the bitterness. If desired, the spice can be crushed or ground with a mortar.
