It is combined with the purest spring water from the Dolomites to create a pasta that stands out for its strong and hearty temperament and is truly Italian. Raw, its aroma is reminiscent of jute and liquorice root. Cooked, it exudes the scent of fresh farm milk, mashed potatoes and roasted chestnuts. In the mouth, it feels tender and lively like butter crumbs, with a seductive hint of sea salt.
