This chocolate bar is made with cocoa from Öko-Caribe in Pimentel in Duarte province, the largest cocoa growing area in the country. Öko-Caribe maintains close relationships with over 150 smallholder farmers in the region and provides them with training and support for organic certification.
Made with 80% organic cocoa , organic raw sugar and no added cocoa butter, this chocolate has an intense, bold flavour with notes of citrus and dried fruit.
