The cacao in this bar comes from Finca Elvesia, a unique botanical garden with cacao varieties dating back to the 17th century. The chocolate is combined with wonderful Dominican coffee and a hint of sea salt.
The still young bean-to-bar brand Definite from the Dominican Republic immediately impressed us with its quality and combinations of ingredients. The packaging, the processing of local products on site and of course the taste of the chocolate – it’s all perfect.
