This light, amber-coloured maple syrup has a delicate aroma with notes of gingerbread, roasted chestnuts, toffee and a hint of cloves and nutmeg. It is ideal for sweetening desserts, salad dressings, crêpes and pastries without leaving a strong maple flavour.
